tips on starting a raw food diet?
so im going to be starting a raw food diet and i would like to know a few things. *im trying to lose weight.*
1) can i really eat as much fruits and vegetables (mainly vegetables) as i want or no?
2)can i have salt and pepper or any other spices?

1) You can eat as much vegetables as you like and fruit is healthy as well, but in a limited amount.
2) Spices are fine, but use Himalayan Salt which is filled with minerals as opposed to table salt which is not healthy at all.
Herbs such as oregano, basil, rosemary, etc. are great to use as well, not only because they add flavor but they are filled with antioxidants.
Raw extra virgin coconut oil can aid in weight loss. Take 3-4 tsp. a day.
spices are usually just vegetable, like natural salsa, is great for you, even thoug it might look unhealthy.
What ever you do don’t eat to much fruit you can O.D (overdose) Think im lying? try it.
Before you start a raw food diet, learn about the different types of raw foods.
I personally don’t believe in eating a lot of fruits because of the high amount
of fructose found in fruits. I believe in keeping a balance between protein,
healthy fats, and carbohydrates.
I actually like eating some raw animal foods for stamina and strength.
Raw vegetables are great for cleansing and added nutrients.
