I personally haven't started the diet yet, but that's because I'd like to plant most of the food myself. I think that's one of the ways of keeping it cheap. look info up in the net, but watch out to see if the sites are reliable. even best: ask people who know about it! I don't know if it's very common in the US, but there are always a lot of people who eat raw food around, just look and you'll find avoid veggie restaurants unless you're rich, they're usually expensive xD and good luck! that's a very goos iniciative, for your health and for the planet! *-* I have two books about that, and they are really useful.
