well i lose a lot of weight if i switch to a 85% raw food diet?
im also Not eating any breads, rice, beans, dairy, or processed foods.
i only eat fruits and veggies, and a small portion of lean meat for dinner
i do exercise too.

you won’t lose A LOT of weight… but you will lose weight, yes.
i suppose you would lose body weight but that doesn’t mean you would be healthier. dairy is necessary in moderation for calcium and other vitamins. you should eat more lean meat too. don’t be afraid to eat more lean meat. or at least if not meat eat some kind of protein. your exercise will not benefit you as much if your body doesn’t have enough protein. fruits and veggies are very, very healthy for you, but don’t overeat fruits. they are very healthy since they have vitamins and healthy antioxidants but they also have alot of healthy sugars in them, but like any other sugar it can be turned into fat if there is too much of it not being used by your body.
If you don’t get rid of the fiber part of the fruit (peeling off the skins) your plan will probably work.
you might lose weight but you wont lose it the right way meaning the second youre content with your weight loss and start adding foods you enjoy back in you’ll just regain the weight. its best to eat a healthy balanced diet then to cut out things. first of all not eating any bread means youre probably not eating any carbs. now some people still believe the myth that carbs are bad thanks to dr. atkins but this is certainly not the case unless you’re downing 50 cheeseburgers a day. but whole grain breads and pastas are really good for you. high in fiber and omega 3. if you really want to lose weight eat lots of fiber and protien. fiber makes you poop. poop= weight loss. and protien keeps you from feeling hungry. also Im not exactly sure how you can sustain any amount of energy without a small amount of carbs since they provide you with stability and energy through the day.
