what are some snacks that gives u lots of energy ?
I’m in cross country and i usually dont eat breakfast but lately my running has been sloppy (i dont have a lot of energy for some reason )(and yes i do sleep)
so what are some healthy snacks that also give u energy for running
(I’m guessing my lack of energy is coming from not eating breakfast)

(power bars taste like crap and both are very expensive)
Peanut Butter?
any sort of nut or seed
fruit
water! (no other stuff)
cheese
turkey
jerky
Nuts & Fruit. You must ALWAYS eat breakfast as that’s what keeps your body going and gives it its energy. Just have a slice of Toast and a Banana.
Breakfast is so important! So is a well-balanced diet, especially for sports. Research has shown there are "Super Foods" that will give you a natural energy boost. I hope this helps you in your running!
