I think it sounds very healthy. A couple of suggestions would be for your snacks and your dinner. Your dinner contains corn, corn is actually considered a starch so I would eliminate that and make your salad very vegetable dense with lettuce and two cups of mixed vegetables like radishes, cucumber, shredded carrot, sliced bell pepper (orange bell peppers contain more vitamin c than an orange), tomatoes, etc. For the snacks you could sub the 1 cup low fat cottage cheese with celery with a couple of slices of low fat cheddar and an apple for a healthy variation or a small package of nuts, they are high in fats that are good for you and help curb your appetite. You can replace the 1 cup of skim milk with your brownie with 1/2 cup fat free vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt for a more "decadent" dessert without adding fat or calories. Good luck to you, you seem to have it figured out.
add more vegetables, especially to your dinner menu. high in vitamins and nutrients and low in fat and calories.
You have included a lot of carbs.
Go for five half cup servings of veggies and three half cup fruit servings.
Good luck
