I think unhealthy unless you mean veggies and fruits, but raw fish can sometimes give you food poisoning, or make you terribly ill, raw chicken/ other meats can give you salmonella and will make you sick. So only do raw veggies and fruit, you can eat the fruit with a fat free or sugar free vanilla yogurt, and the veggies with a red wine vinaigrette! ;]
well i have always loved eating raw pussy. so its GREAT!
It sucks.
just eat fruits and vegetables.its really good
Start with small changes like soaking nuts overnight instead of eating them dry. Get a juice extractor and use it daily to make fresh smoothies of your fruit and vegetables. If you don’t like cooked broccoli, juice it with carrots, apples, red cabbage, and celery, for a tasty blend of minerals, enzymes and vitamins.
There are many Raw Food Diet approaches, some healthy, some not. Good websites to learn more are http://raw-food-diet-guide.com and http://radicalhealth.com .
IF you mean fruit and veggies yeah!! Cooking, especially over cooking takes the nutrients and vitamins right out of the vegetables! Now if you mean meat…then no….you can catch all kinds of stuff from undercooked or mishandled meat.
