What to eat for energy?
I have babysitting tomorrow from 10am-2pm then 5pm-8pm and then 8pm-11pm.
What foods can give me an energy boost so that I am not tired tomorrow?? The kids I babysit have a never-ending supply of energy!!!

eat higher calories, and more frequently, but make sure its strictly healthy food………eat every 2 and a half hours,of about 350 calories…first thing in the morning you should eat fruit to raise your insulin levels and give your blood sugar a boost. along with that eat a lot of protein…keep eating fruit for the meals until about 1 pm,then eat carbs until about 4 pm,then eat protein and healthy fats and fiber the rest of the night
Coffee. Avoid sugar, since it spikes; you’re hyper, then you’re worse than before once it’s over. I suggest you keep sipping coffee all night.
For the 10am-2pm, maybe at about 9am have breakfast, milk with cereal with fruits or if you’re in a rush, a smoothie with a wholemeal cookie, bring some water and a packet of jelly beans. Then at 3pm, take a nap till 4pm, have a salmon or chicken sandwich with a fruit smoothie. Bring a bottle of water, jelly beans and a cookie or fruit. Try a packet of milk in between too. That way, you have enough of energy instead of eating high sugar foods leading to a sugar rush making you feel washed out after babysitting for half an hour. Protein helps maintain a constant ingestion of carbohydrates of energy.
Drink a couple Red Bulls (a couple of Cokes or coffee works too), and eat a lot of sugar.
