dark leafy greens are full of vitamins and minerals. the more colorful the fruit/veggie, the better for you!
Enjoy the wholesome goodness of affordable raw carrots. They are full of many essential nutrients the body needs.
Seaweed salad
Tabouli
Guacamole
That kind of stuff.
Honestly, you have to be really dedicated to keep up a raw diet… and it’s kind of silly. You need to stay in the produce area of the store because some nuts are roasted and processed in other ways.
Try to consume your fats in the forms of fresh foods, like avocados, and olive oil. Make spinach salads. Research the foods of the middle east, like hummus and tabouli, for inspiration.
Don’t put too much stock in the 100% raw thing. I’m sure Gweneth Paltrow is farting up a storm!!
Strawberries are pretty cheap too. Grapes if you can find them for about .99 cents a pound. Watermelon is cheap considering how much you actually get. (if you buy it whole)
SALAD is a must, LOL Cheapest thing out there!!!
