whats the average weight loss in a week of being on a raw food diet?
i heard some healthy males, can lose up to 10 pounds every week with light exercise(light jog, long walk ect..), is this possible?

I am quite a small boned person and even I lost quite a lot of weight when I started. I am 172 cm tall, female. When I started out I weighed 61 kg. In the first week I lost 0.5 kg every second day. That’s 3 pounds a week. Now I weigh just 55kg. Which is small for my height.
