I had tried a few, but nothing worked as good as Orovo Detox. I hope youre drinking a ton of water. You can expect to drink a gallon a day, and use the bathroom ten times in the morning on the detox plan, but the weight comes off. I was peaked the whole time, and the week off is because it is so strong, your body shouldnt be flushed constantly. That is why its every other week for one month. Dont be disappointed, but you probably wont lose as much the second week. I lost 6 lbs first week and only 3 the second, but that was 9 in one month.
