I think if you enjoy it, that’s brilliant! I like vegan hot food :-) But some people couldn’t hack it and wouldn’t know how to get all the right nutrients and would feel really drained, awful and out of their comfort zones. If you’re not feeling tired and lethargic, you’re probably doing all the right things and doing it properly, so go for it!
It won’t do you any harm – just make sure you get enough iron and enough B12. For B12 especially you might need a supplement as it’s only found naturally in animal products (meat and dairy), but you can get a non-animal based supplement cheap. Everything else should take care of itself — provided your diet is balanced.
It’s good to do these things under the advice of a nutritionist if you’re new to them to be on the safe side, but don’t be frightened off by people who’ve been told by their parents that meat is a necessity – it isn’t.
It is certainly not bull crap. I also feel better eating a raw vegan diet. Other peoples judgments of you choices should not sway you especially if you are feeling better.
Have a RAWESOM Day!

It is not long term sustainable for most people.
In individual cases it is difficult to determine if people feel good because they stopped eating manufactured "food" or because of the raw vegan diet.
There is no evidence that humans have ever been anything other than omnivorous predators. Stone arrow and spear heads are common artifacts found at archaeological sites. These clearly were intended for the primary purpose of hunting. Research has shown that humans have evolved on a diet rich in protein and animal fats and that on all continents many species of large animals (Megafauna) were hunted to extinction by humans. Human digestive systems are structurally and functionally similar to those of dogs, bears and other omnivorous animals. We do not have the enzymes or multiple stomach adaptations that plant eating animals like cows have.
Attached is a link to a web site that dispels the Myths of raw vegetarianism including the issue of cooking.
No WAY is it bull crap!!!! I am many years raw vegan and have had nothing but spectacular results!!! And like the other person said, have a RAWsome day!
