will this meal plan help me loose weight?

special K cereal with 2% milk
or
2 slices of wheat toast w/ apple-butter
*Lunch*
salad with boiled egg tomato (& what ever veggies i can find in there) with lemon juice as a dressing
or
( Any ideas???)
* snack ( if im hungry)*
spinach
dinner*
a veggie with a starch with a meat
